Many times, I was a freelance writer for free at school, and I created their social posts. ChatGPT has that in its memory. And I am really lucky with Molleke, my cat.
Rest + Recharge
Sundays are my non negotiable hike with my husband. I almost didn't go today. I had stuff to get done....... BUT..... How I rest & recharge: I used to treat rest like a reward. Burnout taught me that lesson the hard way. Now, I plan rest like I plan work. It’s on my calendar — non-negotiable. My biggest trigger to rest? When I start pushing through instead of listening. When everything feels urgent. That’s my cue to slow down, not speed up. For me, rest looks like: – hike with Ben – music + movement – quiet evenings with my family – stepping away before exhaustion makes the decision for me Burnout isn’t proof you’re committed. It’s proof something needs to change. 👇 Question I’m curious about: How do you know when rest will move you forward instead of setting you back?

When I start suffering from fatigue dyslexia and typing one mistake after another, I know I have to stop. Continuing with a brain that’s no longer really functioning is anything but efficient, and I’ll only do it if there isn’t even time to take a 20-minute break or do something else.
🚨 Important Update + Early Access Opportunity
I shared recently that changes are coming inside The AI Identity Lab. Those changes are about structure, clarity, and creating a stronger container for people who want to implement — not just observe. Here’s what matters right now: - The current $27/month level will soon become a $297/month container (If you pay $17 or $27 a month, you will automatically move to the higher tier without paying more.) - Anyone who joins the $27 level before the change will be permanently grandfathered at that rate - No action is required if you’re happy in the free level - More details about the structure and timing are coming soon Why I’m sharing this now: This is simply an early opportunity for people who already feel aligned and want to stay close as the Lab evolves — before the doors narrow. If you’re curious, committed, and want access to the deeper work as it rolls out, this is the most accessible point of entry it will ever be. If now’s not the right time, that’s okay too. You'll have all the information you need to decide when the full update is shared. Upgrading is easy inside the platform. https://www.skool.com/ai-identity-lab/plans I’ll share more very soon 💛

Thank you so much Lindsay. Your membership is helping me so good to realize my dream.
The most challenging 1-minute video I’ve ever made 🎬
This video was supposed to be a client story… until a troll completely turned the plan upside down 🙃 I couldn’t use the original version anymore, and the second version felt too light on content, so this is version number three. I’ve never spent this long on a 1-minute video, but here it is – thanks to Lindsay, who helped me last minute by guiding me on how to create new prompts for visuals that would still fit.

Don’t understand the question. Mercedes. As you know I’m learning to use AI for images. Therefore I use AI. The talking head is where I live. I don’t like green screen situations when you can’t do enough to light them well.

@Lindsay Hack thank you so much Lindsay. This was a very difficult one, but I am happy that everybody is happy with it. The third version was enough. I didn't need a version 4.
Where can I learn how to write more engaging scripts for AI videos at a 5-second level?
For Free Dance in OpenArt, I deliberately work with fragments of exactly five seconds. A lot can actually happen in five seconds, but I find it challenging to describe that action clearly and effectively for AI. I want to learn how to describe each five-second segment in a way that: - creates clear and dynamic action, - avoids static or “frozen” visuals, - prevents AI from adding strange or irrelevant elements, - and stays true to the real story. In the editing phase, I connect these five-second clips, but my question is specifically about writing strong prompts/scripts for each 5-second fragment.
