🚨 InfoExtractor options Not Showing in GHL – Anyone Run Into This?
Hey everyone! đź‘‹
I’ve been following Kevin Campos’ tutorial step-by-step on connecting a SynthFlow agent with GoHighLevel using the InfoExtractor (How to upload Synthflow voice AI call data to GHL Full Guide), but for some reason the Info Extractor output doesn’t show up as an option in the “Executed Actions” dropdown in my IF node, even though the agent runs fine.

What’s in the video:
- My full SynthFlow agent setup (with InfoExtractor included).
- The GHL workflow, specifically the IF condition node where I expected to see the extractor.
- A reference to Kevin’s video, which shows it working — I followed the same steps but no luck on my end.
