Curious to know Synthflow knowledgebase possibilities

I have an airtable webpage that is used for a Synthflow knowledgebase to answer customer questions. Curious to know if a text or email could be sent during the call that has specific website links to products the user is interested in using additional data stored in the knowledgebase. For example if the user is interested in a specific product from a large inventory could it include the exact webpage url in the sms text using variables referring to the Synthflow knowledgebase? This would be great feature as currently everything is bolted together using third party apps and automations to get this done.
