Thought Provoking Question: What motivated you to get into bodybuilding over anything else?
Answer: It gave me control. Sick of playing team sports where you care more about winning than the rest of the players. I don't get punished in this sport for someone else's lack of effort. What I put in, I get out.
Hooks:
- Why team sports killed my passion
- Why true control doesn’t come from being captain
- Why chasing wins with others held me back
Emotion to Evoke: Control / Self-Reliance / Motivation

Visual Hook: A quick montage of a field and cuts of a scoreboard dropping, then a hard cut to you in the gym unracking heavy weight alone.

I was sick of playing team sports where you care more about winning than the rest of the players. In bodybuilding, I don’t get punished for someone else’s lack of effort. What I put in, I get out. That’s real control. And when the only person you can rely on is yourself, you stop making excuses… and you start winning.
