I had shit hooks from days 1-3 lol BUT i learned a lot since then.... so here are some new ones: Hook 1: (Related to my business) I thought being busy meant I was successful, but I was just disorganized and broke. Hook 2: (Related to my transformation) I didn’t glow up overnight, I just stopped being lazy with my routines. Hook 3: (Related to my peptide affiliation) I didn’t start peptides to look better, I started because I was tired of feeling like shit. Alternate for Hook 3: I didn’t get consistent with my health until I realized motivation was never coming.
