Day 1 Homework
5 Struggles
  1. I sacrificed free time with my girlfriend to work on growing my business in hopes it will grow to my wildest dreams. My goal is to get to the point where i could have made her a stay at home wife but no matter what i did and how much time i gave her it was never enough and invariably us being about to be engaged to us breaking up has severely impacted my mental health and makes me second guess my ambitions and goals
  1. Mental health issues i bouce between pure joy and nihilism i feel on top of the world when i am working and crushing it but small talk and little conversations and down time make me feel depressed exhausted and lost
  1. Overanalysis paralysis, i need extensive amounts of information to make a decision especially on content and overthinking every decision and trying to make everything perfect before executed
  1. I work my dick off all the time all i do is work until i crash and hit a wall and doom scroll on my phone and then get nothing done until i finally take a small break once a week, i constantly am working on growing my business and myself and often neglect friends and relationships close to me, some understand, ive lost most people that dont understand
  1. I put pressure on myself every single day. Bodybuilding. Business. Social media. I wake up every day and feel this way, the thoughts and pressure I put on myself are overwhelming. I only think about all of these i cant put my mind at rest when this is all i think about, i need to grow constantly or i feel like im losing, i often feel like i am never enough

5 Contrasting Wins:
  • 1) When i was with my girlfriend i ended up prioritizing her happiness and everything she wanted before my own businesses needs and wants and because of that my business was not growing and i was actually miserable as a side effect. Me losing her hurt but ever since then i have been able to focus solely on growing my business and it has been getting better and better ever since
  • 2) Ride the fuckin waves, when im on an emotional high i ride the wave and take advantage of it. when im feeling low often times working and getting shit done puts me back on that emotional high, i am addicted to getting better
  • 3) I enjoy doing research and make sure i leave no stone unturned, anything you tell me to do i will make sure i execute fully to my best abilities, its easier with guidance to execute, having a coach just hone the information i need to execute makes my plan easier
  • 4) I used to look at everything i do as “work” but i get to do this i dont have to, some people even myself have dreamed to be in the position im in and its a blessing every day i get to wake up and work for myself and build my future, i love getting ahead and building something great not just working. Making it fun is huge
  • 5) I was a loser in high school and had nothing i was fat lazy and hated the way i feel, that made me realize i never want to be like that again so that has built me into the machine i am now to grow and be the best version of myself so i can lift others up around me, the discipline i put into work, bodybuilding and next social media projects into all areas of my life and helps me stay on track to grow every fuckin day
