Keith uploaded a 212-page addendum and pulled out only the electrical scope, saving his team roughly three hours.
Ryan connected his CRM and Google Calendar to Claude and now runs his full appointment schedule, customer info, and directions through one screen without opening his calendar or CRM separately.

🤖 AI SUMMARY: This was a double-down night. Instead of introducing new tools, we went deeper into NotebookLM and Claude, and covered actual use cases from group members.

David walked through a full NotebookLM demo using a real Windsor renovation project with 47 uploaded sources. We covered how to ask the AI questions about your project documents, save answers as notes, generate slide decks, flashcards, mind maps, and even a podcast that explains your project while you drive to the job site.

We then moved into Claude Skills, what they are, how to build them using the AI Tool Belt, and how to share them across your organization.

David also gave a first look at Claude Cowork (still in beta), how connectors work with Gmail and Google Calendar, and closed with a reminder on AI safety. Always keep a human in the loop and double-check what AI generates before sending it to a client.
