How do you deliver your AI tools?

I am about to create a custom gpt that will be sold to my clients. For those who have built and sold gpt's, it is better to build it and give it to them to put in their account or keep it in your own account then charge monthly for use? I have clients that are not very tech-savvy so I'm leaning toward keeping it in my account. Less tech but still accessible. I just wasn't 100% sure. I also wanted to keep my OpenAI usage fees in mind thus the monthly fee.
