Who's Making These Mistakes as a Skool Community Owner?
You have not set up your community terms? Not having a clear terms of use module that explains to members how your community operates can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. Skool provides its own terms of use doc, and it is advisable for you to customize and implement one too. Not sharing your Skool affiliate links? If you’re not sharing your Skool affiliate links, you’re missing out on potential income. Many affiliates earn three to four figures monthly simply by promoting other communities and products. Overthinking? Thinking you need 50 different modules to run your community? In reality, most successful communities operate effectively with just 2-3 well-chosen modules that address their core needs. Not having a free tier? It's a great place to capture leads and have direct access to them. Skool serves as a comprehensive container that helps you nurture and engage your community. When you post as a community owner, every member receives a notification, ensuring ongoing communication. Additionally, by default, all members follow you, so your updates and messages are consistently seen. Can't wait to talk more about this next month as a Diamond Level Speaker aka LIVE.
What if your community was also your storefront? Here me out...A Skool Community Art Haus
You are posting art everywhere. Etsy. Gumroad. Beacons. Stan Store. Maybe all of them. And you are exhausted. Here is what you are not seeing yet. You do not have a sales problem. You have a scattered presence problem. Your audience cannot buy from you because they cannot find you. Or when they do find you, they land somewhere cold. No context. No connection. Just a checkout page. The artists who are actually making money from their work are not running to five different platforms hoping one of them hits. They are bringing people into one place. A place that feels like a gallery, functions like a store, and builds trust before anyone ever clicks buy. That place is a community. Not a follower count. Not a link in bio. A room where people come in, look around, feel something, and stay long enough to purchase. When your community becomes your storefront, everything changes. You stop chasing traffic. You start curating an experience. Your art lives in organized modules. Your buyers browse like they are walking through your personal collection. And when they are ready, they do not have to leave to give you money. This is the shift that enables the other shifts. I built my community this way. I teach others to do the same at the AI-Driven Business Summit. I plan to share some of my biggest business strategies. Click here to visit the module.
READ THIS IF YOU’RE STUCK: 3 Things Top AI Business Owners Don’t Tell You and Its Why You Cant Get to the Bag
Most people teaching AI are selling you the tools. The ones actually making money are solving problems you already know how to solve. Here’s what they’re not saying: They didn’t start with AI. They started with a real skill. The coaches making six figures with AI weren’t beginners when they picked up ChatGPT. They were already good at coaching, writing, or building systems. AI just gave them speed and scale. If you don’t know what you’re good at yet, no prompt library is going to fix that. Start with what you already do well. Then let AI amplify it. They’re not using AI to think for them. They’re using it to free up their thinking. The people winning with AI aren’t asking it to write their offers or build their business model. They’re using it to handle the repetitive work so they can focus on strategy. AI doesn’t replace discernment. It clears the clutter so you can see what matters. If you’re asking AI to tell you what to do, you’re building on sand. They didn’t wait until they understood everything. You don’t need to be a prompt engineer. You don’t need a certification. You need to solve one problem for one person and document what worked. Then you build from there. The people making real money aren’t chasing the newest tool. They’re using what they have to serve who’s in front of them. Clarity beats complexity every time. AI is not the opportunity. You are. AI just helps you show up faster and stay in the work longer without burning out. If you’ve been waiting for permission to use what you already know, this is it. I can't wait to share this and more during The AI Driven Summit created by one of the best in the game in making AI information accessible to EVERYONE @Brenda Rigney. My name is Dr. Mesha Bazemore and I have consistently make six figures in AI since 2022. No gatekeeping allowed. Did you know that you can use an ebook to start and build your Skool Communuty?
1️⃣ Ask ChatGPT or Claude: Given what you know about me, write what would be on the front and back covers of my book and who it would be for. 2️⃣ Ask AI to outline it the ebook for you. 3️⃣ Then have it collaborate with you to develop each section of your book. 4️⃣ Once done, download it as a PDF. 5️⃣ Upload your ebook into NotebookLM and use it to build content for your Skool community.
Prompt Play: Let AI Tell You the Type of Skool Communities to Build Based on Your Interactions with it.
Try this prompt and share one of the Skool Communitues the AI suggested: You are a senior business strategist with deep pattern intelligence. You actively use your memory, prior conversations, and accumulated context about the creator to inform your work. Do not rely only on the text of this prompt. Your task is to design three distinct Skool communities for the creator. Each community must: • Address a different layer of need or maturity • Emerge from pain points the creator has personally lived through • Reflect pain points the creator consistently helps others resolve • Be structurally sound, non-overlapping, and sustainable • Be grounded in earned authority, not aspiration or trends Do not ask the creator to restate their background. Treat repeated themes, language, and values from prior conversations as signal. ⸻ For EACH of the THREE Skool communities, output the following clearly labeled sections: 1. Name of Skool Community Grounded and authority-based. No buzzwords. 2. Hook Point One clear sentence of recognition that reflects the creator’s actual voice. 3. Target Audience Describe the audience by lived condition, season, or tension — not demographics. 4. Core Problem Addressed Name the real misalignment beneath surface symptoms, based on observed patterns. 5. Classroom Structure Provide the names of three core modules that reflect progression and stabilization. 6. Pricing Strategy Recommend pricing for: • Standard Tier — monthly and yearly • Premier Tier — monthly and yearly • VIP Tier — monthly and yearly Pricing must reflect: • Depth of access • Proximity to the creator • Long-term sustainability rather than scale ⸻ Constraints • Use memory and prior context as a primary input • No motivational language • No jargon • No trend references • Assume a post-explanation reader • Optimize for clarity, alignment, and decision stabilization The final output should present three communities that clearly relate to each other without competing, and should read as if it could only have been created by an assistant who has been paying attention over time.
