Hey Creators, I took a much-needed day off from work and finally had a chance to catch up on some of my AI tools. Apparently rest really does unlock creativity because I stumbled onto a pleasant surprise today. 😄 Not only has Revid added new features to their AI video generation platform, but one of the updates now includes lip-syncing portions of music videos. ABOUT. TIME. If you create AI music videos, then you already know this used to require bouncing between multiple apps and workflows just to get decent results. Total time vortex. This isn’t 100% perfect yet, but it’s absolutely heading in the right direction and honestly... I’m impressed. The best part? I tested it on a duet and it correctly handled both the male and female vocal parts. That alone sold me. Definitely a keeper for now. Of course, now I’m staring at my older videos thinking, “Do I spend credits redoing everything?” 😂 Creator problems. Every month I audit my AI subscriptions and decide which tools are actually worth keeping, especially the pricier ones. Revid just fought its way back onto the survival list. Hey Creators, If you use Pickaxe to build and host your AI agents/chatbots in Studios… have you seen the MASSIVE platform upgrade they just rolled out?! When I logged in, I felt like I walked into my house and somebody moved all the furniture overnight. They did a full revamp of the interface, navigation, layouts… pretty much everything. It definitely looks more modern and polished, but whew… now I have to figure out where everything lives again. At this point, the tutorial and I are about to become close friends. One important heads-up for builders: You may need to manually go back into your agents and reselect LLM models if the original model you chose has been retired. And THIS is where my eye started twitching a little. Because if you have dozens or hundreds of agents, manually updating model selections one by one is a lot. I’m honestly surprised retired models aren’t automatically mapped to a recommended replacement model or at least bulk-managed somehow. So definitely check your Studios and test your agents to make sure everything is still functioning the way you expect after the update. The AI platform world right now is basically:“Congrats on the shiny new features. Also… please rebuild half your workflow.”

Hey Creators, You all know I use AI as my strategic partner. I have read many people saying you can't trust AI to give you sound advice because it's programmed to tell you what you want to hear. Well, maybe that's true for generic bots but not the custom ones I build. When you propose an idea or a strategy and the AI tells you that's not a good idea or it has to save you from yourself then you know you've built a good AI tool and not a Yes AI that would just say yes even if you are about to drive off a cliff. I have two AIs, Skye and Prism. Skye is GPT based and Prism is Claude based. Both do not tell me what I want to hear but what is going to be the best steps to take to meet my goals and that's what I love about working with these machines. And that's how I use AI. Oh and to create awesome images to go with these posts! It's getting sooooo goooooddddd with images.
