Building my first game in Godot
Hi everyone,
I'm living in Bangkok and started working on a 3D game about 3 maybe 4 weeks ago, using Claude Code, OpenCode and Godot. My first iteration was built in html and js, but I quickly realised that stack wouldn't allow things I had planned so I switched to Godot for the full 3D engine.
My game is an exploration, puzzle solving, game that is playable in both isometric 3D or in full 3D mode (players can switch back and forth at any time).
I've created a few machine / mechanical systems such as an Electrical System, Water/Hydraulics System, Trains, Cranes, and have a few ideas I'm still adding.
I've also built a pretty good Level Designer, which I'm in the process of improving.
I'll make a few videos at some point to demo what I've built already.
