THE OPPORTUNITY: Template handles email monitoring, spreadsheet logging, notifications. But quote extraction? Manual. Someone types numbers. Clients see half-automated solution. Not impressed enough to pay. Added document extraction node. Now FULLY automated. Clients impressed. Clients pay. THE ENHANCEMENT: One extraction node between email and spreadsheet.
