I keep seeing people ask "what AI service should I offer?"
Wrong question.
Right question: "who's already spending money on a problem I can solve faster with AI?"
Answer: B2B companies paying SDRs $5k/month to send 100 emails a day and book 3 meetings.
You can do that for $4k and book 15.
That's not a pitch. That's just math.
The AI cold outbound agency model works because you're not introducing a new budget line. You're replacing an expensive one. You're sending 3k emails a day for a client, booking him meetings
... and getting payed 4k/m to do it.
