We’re Building a GTA 6 Themed Real Estate AI That Closes 9 Properties a Day (Creative Finance Automation Team Wanted)
Hey builders —
I’m part of a project called Wealthanaire Capital, where we’re developing a GTA 6–themed real estate SaaS and AI deal-closing system.
Our goal is simple but bold:
-9 properties under agreement per day through a fully automated AI acquisition pipeline — from sourcing → underwriting → offer → closing → resale.
We’ve already built a working frontend prototype in React (GTA-inspired UI) and started wiring up the backend through n8n automations.
Now, we’re bringing in the community to finish building this as a team of AI engineers, workflow designers, and automation experts.
🧱 What We’ve Built So Far
✅ GTA-styled React front-end (“The Command Center”)
✅ Black Market page – dynamic property listings with filters + stats
✅ Working mock deals database
✅ Started N8N JSON workflows for Firecrawl + Browser Agent integration
✅ Defined full architecture for Supabase + N8N + React system
✅ Clear pipeline from acquisition to exit
⚙️ Current Focus
We’re currently building the Market Researcher workflow in n8n — the goal is for it to:
- Clean property data from Propwire CSVs
- Run market comps + rental analysis
- Output ARV, rent, and ideal strategy into Google Sheets or Supabase
Once that’s stable, we’ll move on to the Underwriter and Offer Generator agents.

We’re inviting:

- 🧮 Real estate analysts who understand deal modeling
- 🎨 UI/UX designers for the GTA 6–style interface
- 🧠 AI prompt engineers for Claude / GPT orchestration

A fully automated AI fund that acquires, manages, and disposes of properties without human friction.
Each agent represents one part of the process — when the pipeline runs, the system itself acts like a full-scale acquisitions team.
We’re aiming for 9 properties/day → $100M+ AUM goal.
