Today was about thinking. Not building.
Before you touch n8n or any automation platform, you need clarity.
We spent the day mind mapping and brainstorming with a client.The goal is clear.Translate the full BITSING methodology from his book into an automated system.
No workflows yet NO tools.Only structure.
What we did today
- Mapped the full methodology end to end ( only did 1 part of the process )
- Defined inputs, decisions, and outputs
- Identified repeatable patterns
- Removed steps that do not add value
- Aligned logic before automation
This step decides success or failure later.
Automation without structure creates chaos.Mind mapping creates focus.
