Small tip when formatting data in Sheets

Using Sheets (for the time being) for my VAPI voice agent. I was struggling with CallerID and Phone numbers. The raw number from Vapi are E.164 formatted number (+12146684697) which Sheets sees as a number. But my voice agent was saving numbers as text (214) 668-4697. And I want to keep the number as text for formatting.

In the Google Sheet node in n8n, there is an option called Value Render. This is where you can select Unformatted, Formatted, or Formula. To keep my data as text, choosing formatted was the trick.
