Lap top or Desktop

. Okay, I wanna get a laptop or a desktop now. I am disabled so it could be difficult to sit at a station all day and work. So a laptop is probably more feasible, my biggest Issue is, I'm disabled and a $1000 is like absolute limit. And to be honest, is really outside my budget. But I really think I have to have this to go to the next leve.I would be grateful for any advice or dm me.. Thank you
