First job Problems (Resolved)

I have signed my first client and my job is to create a message workflow within manychat. (pretty easy, i know)

But i have a problem.

I dont understand how i can use the user input from previous steps and apply it to the next steps

If you know how i can fix this, please reach out. I want to knock my frist project out of the park so this is very important to me.
