Feedback Form & Email Reply Agent
Customer feedback is gold—but sorting it manually is painful.
So I built a Feedback Form & Email Reply Agent with n8n:
Form Submission Trigger → Captures new feedback instantly.
AI Agent (Google Gemini) → Reads the response, classifies it (Complaint / Compliment / Future Update).
Merge + Switch → Routes the feedback into the right workflow branch.
Complaint Flow → Logged → Slack alert → Personalized email reply.
Compliment Flow → Logged → Auto “Thank You” email.
Future Update Flow → Logged → Slack update → “We’ll keep you posted” reply.
⚡ Outcome: Feedback →
Organized.Team
→ Notified.Customers → Replied instantly.
