FXIED ✅ Convocore – Conversations suddenly disappearing un widget and stop showing in agent tab chat as in agency client panel
Hi everyone,
Is anyone here actively using Convocore?
I’m running into a strange issue that started out of nowhere, everything was working perfectly before and I haven’t changed any settings.
What happens:
When I chat with my chatbot, all user messages in the conversation suddenly disappear. Because of that, the entire conversation no longer shows up in:
the Agent → Conversations tab
the Agency client panel
I’ve already spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot with Grok, Claude, docs, etc., but no luck so far.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or knows what could cause this? Any help would be hugely appreciated!
