Today's Mastermind had so many good moments. A lot of "I'm doing that this week" energy in the room. Here's what we covered: Angelina shared how she used Claude to capture an entire conference — handwritten notes + slide photos, dumped into Claude, and it created clean session summaries, speaker-by-speaker pages, and a master action list with 77 items. You can do this with ANY course, workshop, or bootcamp you're in right now. Sherry dropped a game-changer: you can connect tools to Claude that aren't on the official connector list. Just ask Claude or ChatGPT "What's the MCP URL for [tool]?" and paste it into Claude under Customize > Add Custom Connector. Angelina demoed it live with her VidIQ connection — no more switching tabs. We talked about tracking daily metrics — inspired by Molly Mahoney's dad, who built a massive company by recording data every single day. Pick 2-3 numbers that matter for your business and watch them daily. Angelina is tracking her Skool discovery rank (924 to 905 in one day!), members, and revenue. What's yours?
