warranty problems

Hello, I am working on my warranty, but I have this issue: in Mexico, there isn't much data regarding the costs of leads in solar panels and similar products. Therefore, I don't have any data or estimates that I can use. What I thought was the following: "You will get 20 estimates in your first 30 days or we will refund your money and what you spent on advertising." I would like to make it more aggressive, like "You will get 4 new projects...," but I don't know how challenging it might be. Is there anyone in the same niche who can bridge the information gap I have?. and thanks you G's
