Just closed my first client a couple days ago, but out of the 12 appts that I’ve booked only 5 showed up, I send them a text reminder 1hr before the appt and also call them the time of the appt. What are some good ways to reduce no shows, heard of offering a bonus to incentivize them to show up but how do you structure it exactly?
All these calls were booked from Facebook DMs, I don’t schedule them more then 5 days out and I’m in the remodeling/home improvement niche btw
