- WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO GROW AS A DM MANAGER IN 1-2 MONTHS -

We’re looking for a high-performing, experienced DM Setter to join the team of one of the top dating coaches in the industry — with almost 350K followers across social media platforms, 186K on IG, plus a solid and engaged presence on 163K TikTok and Facebook.

This isn’t a beginner position. You must have: ✅ Been through specific DM setting training ✅ Solid track record in DM sales setting ✅ Fully dedicated to the DM game — no distractions, no part-time dabbling

✅ 3-10pm est Work Schedule

VOLUME IS HERE.

We’re currently seeing: ⚡️ 150-500+ inbounds per week ⚡️ 825 outbound DMs per week handled by a VA ⚡️ Active audience + strong engagement across all platforms

You’ll be selling a $200-400 front-end offer directly in the DMs, designed to create high-quality, pre-qualified leads for our core $3.2K+ high-ticket program.

COMPENSATION:

💰10% Commission on cash collected from low ticket sales closed in DM’s (300-400)

💰5-7.5% Commission on set calls that are closed (high ticket 3.2k-6.5k)

💰Potential team override if promoted to lead

💰$3750 on target earnings based on 3 calls per day. Strive for 5 calls per day to be around 6.5k per month in commissions.

CURRENT STATUS: 📈 Company used to do $60-80K/month 📉 Took a short rebuild phase 📈 Relaunched our core high-ticket offer and already collected $20K+ in the last 2-3 weeks 🎯 Target for next month: $50K cash — 100% doable with the right players in place

We have 2 current setters doing a decent job — but we’re looking for THE experienced, dialed-in setter who’s hungry, knows the DM game inside out, and wants to step into a leadership role within 1-2 months and earn an override on the team.
