Now, cold out reach is one of the most lucrative forms to get clients, its fairly simple, cold dm, cold call, cold email, boom you got a funnel.
Now...the problem is that, that was the story 2-6 years ago.
I was purely doing cold out reach for the past 2 months, and...
it works. Don't get me wrong it works...if your doing low ticket.
Now since I am in high ticket, I found out that taking a cold client from interested -> lead -> prospect -> qualified -> follow up calls -> sales calls, is very hard.
Its not easy to get someone to pay you $2000 - $10,000+ on cold.
I'll probably make a more in depth video talking about how I was doing 200 - 400 pieces of outreach almost ever week day in one of my upcoming YT channel videos.
BUT
warm leads, this past week was my first week of trying to get warm leads to my pipeline
I started interacting and posting more at skool, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok. But not only that I also
started giving out free value.
In the past 2 months (March 1st - April 23rd)
I booked over 30 intro sales calls including 30+ follow up calls and 10 additional calls for some partner agencies (owned by friends that I had to take calls for).
Cold outreach total sales calls (Including demo + follow up calls) - 70
Now for the next 2 months I will be focusing on creating more content, value, putting my self more out there and trying to get warm qualified inbound leads.
I started posting content exactly a week ago on Insta, TikTok, twitter & Skool. (YT coming soon)
I provided value & created high quality short form content while on X I was just being my self and writing a lot as I like to.
  1. Collectively I got over 3000+ impressions. Which I know means nothing, but my face and work was seen 3000 times more than a week ago, which is huge.
  2. Made more quality connections just this past week.
  3. On Skool I already booked 3 meetings just these past 3 days with QUALIFED prospects.
  4. More people approached me with questions which will lead to paid consultation clients.
The thing about warm leads is that instead of this interested -> lead -> prospect -> qualified -> follow up calls -> sales calls,
Its this qualified -> Sales calls.
Why? Because your the A-side you don't need to "qualify" them, you can send them a calendar link with qualifying questions to automatically funnel out the people that don't have money. In cold outreach your the B-side, because you reached out first.
That's why warm traffic will always win, and that's why for the next couple of months at least it will be 60% warm and 40% cold. Cold is always going to be there.
