I Believe...
My journey Theologically, I guess I am Christian, but I don't use that title. The modern day Christian has destroyed the meaning of that word. I am not Hebrew roots, I am not Catholic, and I am not a Pauline Christian. I am a Bible believing follower of the Most High. In my opinion those other sects are on the verge of being cults.
I believe the central message of Scripture is Love! My Love for the Father and my Love for you! I Love you! When I preach, I don't expect you to believe everything I say. I don't have all the answers. I preach what I believe Scripture teaches. You might believe something else, and that's ok! I still Love you!
I preach from years of research, studying, and alone time with the Most High. I want the things I've been through to help you on your journey. All I ask is that you study, pray, and let the Holy Spirit guide you. The conversion I've experienced in my life is absolute proof there is a God in heaven who can break chains, do the impossible, and turn any sinner into a saint.
I believe Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and the Savior of the world. I hold to the truths found in the Scriptures, from Genesis to Revelation. I choose to believe all of Scripture, even the tough stuff. But where I differ from the mainstream Protestant, Sunday church-goer is in how I choose to live out my faith.
We are called to follow Him, not just in belief, but in action. It's not about asking "What would Jesus do?" But rather, "I will do what Jesus did." Jesus didn’t reject the commandments; He lived them perfectly and called His disciples to do the same. He set the example for us to follow, and in my walk, I strive to align my life with His—seeking to live out my faith in the way He modeled.
In my walk, this looks different than what you might see in most churches today. I observe the Sabbath on the seventh day, as God commanded in Exodus 20:8-11. I celebrate the biblical feasts like Passover, Sukkot, and Shavuot, which are God's appointed times (Leviticus 23) I choose not to celebrate Christmas and Easter. I try my best to keep the dietary instructions given in Leviticus 11, not because I’m trying to earn salvation, but because I believe our heavenly Father knows what's good for me.
Jesus said, “If you Love Me, you will obey My commandments” (John 14:15). Love is at the heart of Torah observance, and it's really at the heart of Scripture. It’s not about legalism; it’s about a relationship with the Father through Jesus. Obedience to the commandments is how I express my Love for Him. This is why I live differently. Not because I’m better than you, but because I desire to honor my Father in every area of my life, just as Jesus did. I think it impossible to say I Love God, but not do what He says. I can't tell my husband I Love him if I'm not faithful to him.
This walk isn’t always easy in a world that’s used to a different lifestyle, and I get it—many people have questions, and some even misunderstand my motives. But I’ve come to see these practices as life-giving. "Blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it" (Luke 11:28). That’s my heart: to hear and obey. I don't have to strive for obedience, it is a natural response that mirrors my Love for God. My heart has changed. My desires have changed. My life has changed.
I’m not here to condemn or judge anyone who practices differently. That would be cultish. I’m simply walking out the conviction that heavenly Father has laid on my heart. I pray that we all continue to grow in Love and understanding as we seek to follow Jesus together. Let’s keep our eyes on Him, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and walk as He walked (1 John 2:6).
Realistically, let my life speak for itself. Heavenly Father took the absolute worst of me and gave me a new heart, and a new life, full of unconditional Love. I Love you and that's why I preach what I do. I'm just your sister in Christ trying to navigate through this life with you. We are made to do this life together.
Let's do it biblically.
I'm here to lift you up and Love you through it.
I Love you...God bless you and
Grandma Grady Loves you xoxo
