Monday ~ JOY, CONNECTION & TAKING A BREAK
Sometimes growth happens…when we simply pause and enjoy the moment.
Today is Monday — and in my partner community; Unlimited Wisdom, Mondays are special.
We call it Recess.
Just like when we were kids in school, recess was the time to step away from work, breathe, laugh, connect with friends, and reset our energy.
Life still needs recess.
At Noon (EST), we gather together for a relaxed call — a time to take it easy, stay connected, make new friends, and continue discovering how to live intentionally.
There is something powerful about pausing in the middle of life’s responsibilities to reconnect with people who encourage growth.
Connection isn’t a luxury — it’s part of healthy living.
The truth is, the best phase of life isn’t determined by age… it’s determined by engagement.
When we stay connected, we stay energized.
When we keep learning, we stay sharp.
When we share life with others, we stay joyful.
Our Creator designed us for community.
And sometimes the simplest moments — conversation, laughter, encouragement — become the most meaningful parts of our day.
🌿 REFLECTION
Where could you allow more connection and joy into your routine?
Taking time to pause does not slow progress — it often restores it.
🙏 PRAYER
Father God,
Thank You for the gift of relationships and community.
Help us make time for connection, laughter, and encouragement — even in busy seasons.
Remind us that joy is not something we earn after work is done, but something that strengthens us along the way. Guide us toward people and environments that help us grow into who You created us to be. Fill our hearts with purpose, gratitude, and energy for the week ahead.
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen. 🙏
