SUNDAY ~ GRATITUDE & GOD'S FINAL WORD
Morning light. New month. Sacred remembering. Hope standing tall.
Today is the first day of February. A new week. A new chapter. And my heart feels especially full.
Sundays always invite me to slow down, but today they also invite me to remember.
Years ago, three doctors—in three different places, Thailand, Texas, and Tennessee—looked at me and told me the same thing: You will never be able to conceive.
Man had spoken. But God had not.
And then—God did what only God can do.
He gave me a beautiful little girl. Born three minutes before midnight on Valentine’s Day.
A living reminder that love has timing. That hope has a heartbeat. And that God always has the final word.
When I look back now, I see how close despair and miracle can stand to one another. How easily we can believe what we’re told—until God interrupts the story with His truth.
This new month begins with gratitude in my spirit. Not just for what God did then—but for what He is still doing now.
TODAY'S REFLECTION
What God has spoken over your life outweighs every diagnosis, limitation, or verdict spoken by man.
Prayer
God,
Thank You for the miracles we remember and the ones still unfolding. Thank You for reminding us that You are not bound by human conclusions. Help us trust Your promises when the evidence says otherwise. Strengthen our faith to believe that what You have spoken will come to pass—in Your time and in Your way. As this new month and new week begin,we place our hope not in what we see,but in who You are.
Amen. 🙏
Until tomorrow, may you begin this week with gratitude, walk forward in faith, and remember—God always has the final word.
With love,
Grandma Grady 💕
