Campus Lesson 🎓
You DON"T need to be sore in order to gain strength!
Soreness is not the goal. Progress is.
A great strength workout doesn't have to leave you unable to walk the next day.
Instead of judging your workout by how sore you are, start paying attention to:
• Are you lifting a little more weight over time?
• Are you performing more reps with good form?
• Does an exercise feel more controlled?
• Are you recovering well enough to train consistently?
• Are you becoming more confident with movements that used to feel difficult?
Muscle is built through progressive challenge + adequate recovery + consistency—not by trying to destroy yourself every workout.
Especially as we get older, the goal isn't to prove how hard we can train for one day. It's to build a body that can keep getting stronger for decades.
Remember: Muscle Matters. Let's get stronger, not older.
