Ingredientsπ
2 cups oats
1 and 1/4 cups cottage cheese
Approx 6 tsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds - or both!
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Mix it up, form into small buns or a loaf and place on parchment paper.
Bake in oven preheated to 375 for 45 minutes and love your new obsession!π π
