Life is rarely black and white. Most experiences live somewhere in the middle where things are both true and uncertain at the same time. Growth doesn’t always feel good. Love doesn’t always feel safe. Today we explore the space between extremes, where clarity is complicated and truth isn’t always simple.

Write a poem about an experience that felt painful but left you with something valuable. Something that didn’t feel like a blessing at the time, but taught you anyway.
