So it is the season to be having parties and social gatherings for Christmas
Me and my mates have one every year and it is always a blow out
Lots of drink, plenty of food and then even more drinks....wellll out of my comfort zone 🤣
And it zapped my energy the next day and then all week

I was tired alllllll week. But when it was time to train (I have when I train booked in my phone diary) I trained
We are doing the step challenge so even though 1 of my running days, my actual steps was only 2k....I made sure I got over 12k average for the week
I had LOADS of calories on Saturday, so I made sure to plan my calories each evening for the next day throughout the week
We should make memories and be Merry this time of year...BUT...we should always put the work in when we have to
I was so so tired all week, but I didn't want to miss ticking my boxes
The Phrase show up regardless has stuck with me for a long time and helps me get it done
