For context, @Jenna Ostrye recently shared her complete strategy for live streaming in this video. (I've come back to it probably 10 times for specific use cases- it's comprehensive) I always thought it was intuitive and interactive the way she connects the stream to a Skool post, to get live comments from the Morning Show Crew. Suffice it to say, I'm learning a lot about going live by just showing up to the calls. Aside from some of my own inner resistance (long story), I had a legitimate speed bump to find the most epic live streaming software encoder for YouTube. Does such a tool exist? I had to find out. And, so, after digging around a bit, this video below was a perfect supplement to Jenna's, helping me see that it's ok for an information addict to get more information before making "some" decisions. The first decision is probably: Is mobile or webcam streaming good enough for you (and your platform)? The video breaks down a bunch of other mini-decisions about the features you might desire for your lives, Like do I care about: - advanced screen sharing tools - external mics or cameras - music and sound effects - special video effects So, it was worth it to do some thorough research. Maybe this will save you some digging. Anyone else considering a live strategy? Can you imagine how the workflow fits into your community?
