Ready to jump back on the horse...

I have been caregiving for my husband the whole of last year.He died on Maya 6. His wish was for me to be able to write and create beauty with my words.

Now I am overwhelmed by work that has not been touched for a year. Where did I put that paper? What is the password? What button did I push? What program did I buy. And why?

I am sure there are others that have felt this way and can offer support.
