That's right - no need to learn and spend ridiculous time to figure out how to regulate emotions. Instead I've created library with 1-minute short guided practices to regulate various emotions - anger, anxiety, rejection (rsd), hurt even avoidance to help stop procrastinating!! Simply choose your emotion and follow along. There's currently 16 but I'm working through the emotions wheel and new ones will be added weekly.
