Tell me you have ADHD without
telling me you have ADHD. I'll go first. It took me 5 years to put this frame on the wall. But hey.. I did it!! What about you?

A word of encouragement
Do you have any encouragement to fellow members? When emotions seem to take over and dominate your focus, are there any words or quotes that help you keep going and overcome them?

GUIDED PRACTICES ARE HERE
That's right - no need to learn and spend ridiculous time to figure out how to regulate emotions. Instead I've created library with 1-minute short guided practices to regulate various emotions - anger, anxiety, rejection (rsd), hurt even avoidance to help stop procrastinating!! Simply choose your emotion and follow along. There's currently 16 but I'm working through the emotions wheel and new ones will be added weekly. If you click the link below it'll take you straight there!! P.S. Please let me know in the comments what other emotions you'd like to see and I'll prioritise them. ENJOY!! https://www.skool.com/adhd-emotional-regulation-club-2112/classroom/af3d7582?md=f24839ad3e5d420d9a92744a9efd5a3d

AI - aye or nay?
When AI first became popular I used it A LOT. I even used it as sort of 'therapy' tool to see for myself why others were using it. So curios to hear if you've used it? If so what did you think? And if not - then why not? P.S. Personally I wouldn't recommend AI as therapy or using as 'friend' to help calm down when upset, but I also respect other views and no judgement if you do.
