Procrastinating and task paralysis
I have cleaned, tidied and cooked.
Fed my little one and have been sitting in front of this plate for the last 30 min.
The food tastes nice as I had it for lunch, yet here I am unable to put my phone down and actually start eating.
Anyone else?
