Gentlemen, let’s skip the small talk.
My name is Jesse. For most of my life, I felt like I was running a race with my shoes tied together. I carried various labels and diagnoses for years, only to realize later in life that the root of the chaos was undiagnosed ADHD.
If you’re a man over 40 and you’re just now putting the pieces together, you know the specific kind of exhaustion I’m talking about. You’ve spent decades "masking"—trying to look like you had it all together while your internal world felt like a constant storm.
Why I started this group:
I’m someone who has been through the trenches and come out the other side. But I’m also a counselor with over seven years of experience. I realized that as men, we don’t need more "fluff." We need a space where we can be authentic about the struggle while actually moving the needle forward.
What we’re doing here:
The Expertise: I’m bringing my clinical background and evidence-based practices to the table to help us navigate ADHD, anxiety, and the unique challenges of being middle-aged.
The Goal: We are here to move away from the chaos and toward achieving true balance. * The Brotherhood: I believe men need other men to help them along the way. Whether you consider yourself a high achiever or you’re someone striving to finally reach that next level, this is where we build each other up.
Our "disorders" don't have to be a life sentence of struggle. When we understand how our brains work and apply the right tools, we become unstoppable.
I’d love to hear from you: What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now as a man navigating a neurodivergent world?
