Welcome to the Advisor Marketing Guild
We don't like to waste time, ours or yours -> This Skool Group is a portion of our system that we've used to market financial advisors for the last decade, handed to you to run yourself. We're not here to hype anything, this is real world tested, real world confirmed marketing that can benefit ALL financial advisors. Whether your $1M to $500M AUM, the steps in our modules are guaranteed to get you more clients than you were before. But you don't need an entire team to do everything either or buy snake oil from "digital marketing experts." Another benefit is, I'm in here. Ask me things. We love helping advisors. Three steps to start: 1. Introduce yourself below, 2. Open Module 1 (it's the fastest win and you can knock it out this afternoon), 3 Grab a template from the library. We Are Glad you're here.

Is your website fat-finger proof?
In this example, I don't care who you are, there is almost no way to select the button underneath. While this is a simple example, I found this issue on a higher-end financial advisor website - where bigger buttons, bigger text, and direct CTAs perform best. Every point of friction lowers your conversion rate - but if you only ever looked at your website on desktop, you might be missing something on Tablet and Mobile. Tablet has been on the rise, even before fold-able phones became the new hotness. When did you last look at your website on a tablet? Interested in an audit on your own website? Comment "Audit" below and let's see how we can increase traffic, conversion and AUM :)

Let AI write the first draft, not the final word
AI is a good drafting partner and a poor publisher. Used well, it gets you from a blank page to something editable in about five minutes. Used carelessly, it invents statistics, hints at guarantees, and sounds like every other advisor website. A simple rule: AI drafts, you decide, compliance approves. Try this with your next piece of content: 1. Tell it your audience, your one main point, and your tone. 2. Ask for a rough draft, not a finished post. 3. Cut anything you can’t back up, especially numbers, rankings, and promises. 4. Rewrite the first and last lines in your own voice. 5. Send it through your firm’s usual review before it goes anywhere. Pick one thing you’ve been putting off, like a newsletter intro, and draft it this way today. Then reply with the one thing you had to fix.

Turn One Repeatable Task Into an SOP
Think about something you do every single month in your marketing: writing the newsletter, posting to social, checking your Google Business Profile. Odds are you already have a process in your head; it just hasn't made it onto paper. Today's exercise: pick one task you repeat often and write it down as a simple SOP. You need four things: what triggers the task, the steps in order, who's responsible, and one quick way to check it was done right. This isn't about perfection. A rough SOP you can improve later beats a process that only lives in your head. It's also the first step toward handing something off without losing quality, whether that's to a team member, a freelancer, or future-you on a busy week. What's one task you're going to document today?

The task you're doing for free
Every marketing task costs you something, even the ones that don't cost cash. Before you add one more thing to your plate this week, run a quick audit. List the marketing tasks you did in the last 7 days. For each one, ask: is this worth my time as an advisor, or could someone else do it just as well for less? Formatting a newsletter, resizing images, manually posting to three platforms, these almost never pass that test. Deciding what to say to a prospective client almost always does. The goal isn't to offload everything. It's to know which tasks actually need you in the chair. Pick one task this week that doesn't need your expertise and write down who or what could take it off your plate instead.
