The group then discussed the purpose of their Monday morning "muster" meetings - to gather, take stock, and align on the direction they're heading. He recently took the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam for the first time but did not pass. He is now preparing to retake the exam on January 9th and discussed his study approach, including using Trailhead and practice exams.
