HIRING: Lead developer/ Partner

I’m looking to partner with a technical developer who will also take on the role of lead developer for a new vertical we’re launching for a productized solution around a very specific ICP.

You’ll share responsibility with me and lead the technical and development side of the agency, while I focus on core lead generation, sales and front-end operations though I’ll also actively support you as an additional technical hand when needed.

And I’ll also be expecting cross-functional accountability from your end.

This role is for someone who’s not just super technical but also extremely communicative, accountable, and confident in owning builds from start to finish.

This is not a cash grab. This is a long-term vision.

P.S. I won’t be entertaining pitches from "technical outsourcing teams" or other agencies.
