I had a client approach me to build an all-bound voice agent (inbound + outbound) The use cases for the inbound would be to pick up any incoming calls and for the outbound to call the set appointments prior to a day & confirm them. He wants them on the same number and one agent that can do both. Is it possible to build it or has anyone built this?

I’ve been grinding for months to sign my first client. Had multiple calls with an established ed-tech firm—he was beyond convinced in meetings. But outside them? Super unprofessional, late replies, days of follow-ups just to get anything reviewed. I persevered out of desperation. Yesterday, we had the onboarding call. Sent him the Service Level agreement (SLA), and now he’s demanding an LLC or proof of agency—for a mere $600 + $50/month retainer. Feels completely unreasonable. An SLA should be enough, right? Am I clueless, or do y’all face the same client issues? And should I even onboard him after all these red f lags?
