Elephant in the room. How to get emails captured with accuracy?

After building many agents for inbound and outbound cases for clients in the first 30 days of business operations, I am yet to figure out any creative way of capturing emails with 100% accuracy.

Watched so many videos of different builders but couldn't really get it working other than following the phonetic approach to get it verified letter by letter.

This is not an AI problem but at human level too. It is extremely hard to capture emails in first attempt if it is not straightforward and the communication is not between native speakers.

Is there someone who has solved it ? or found a creative approach? would love to learn and experiment.
