Here is why you haven't signed a client yet❌
You're copying offers from people who play an entirely different game than you. And wondering why nothing works. You see some "guru" posting about their vague offers. "Yeah bro, I signed 5 clients this week. No guarantees, no risk reversal, just pure value." So you copy their offer word-for-word. You reach out to cold prospects with the same positioning. Here's what they're not telling you: They have 100K+ followers who already know, like, and trust them. Their "prospects" are people who've been consuming their content for months. They've spent years building authority. You're trying to sell to strangers what they sell to friends. It's like watching someone effortlessly get dates at their high school reunion and thinking you can walk into a random bar and use the same approach. The brutal truth about cold traffic is that: They don't care about your expertise. They don't care about your testimonials. They don't care about your process. They care about one thing: What's in it for me? And more importantly: What if this doesn't work? When you say "I run Facebook ads" to cold traffic, they hear "Give me money and hope for the best." When you say "I guarantee 3x ROAS or you don't pay" to cold traffic, they hear "This person believes in their results." The difference? One puts all the risk on them. One puts all the risk on you. Cold traffic always picks the least risky option. Even if your $5K program gets better results than someone's $97 course, cold traffic picks the course. Why? Because losing $97 feels better than risking $5K. Your job isn't to educate them out of this. Your job is to work with this psychology. Make your offer so risk-free that saying no feels riskier than saying yes. Because until you have 50K followers hanging on your every word, you're playing in the cold traffic game. And cold traffic has different rules.

This is by far the best AI automation...
when i started my ai journey back in jan this year... i hadn't even heard of skool, make, retell, vapi, or n8n. literally no clue. fast forward a few weeks — there i was, burning 4-6 hours every day on youtube and skool after my 9-5 job, feeling like a tech ninja. building chatbots, cold calling bots, content machines, fancy appointment systems... all that shiny stuff. but bro, reality hit HARD.💥. building automations was easy. getting people to PAY for them? that's where the real game started. i tried everything the internet gurus screamed about... cold calls, emails, fb ads, linkedin dms, networking, youtube videos, upwork, personalization... felt like a hamster on a wheel. left my comfy cybersecurity lead role at amazon, said goodbye to big fat salary, and jumped full time into my dream business. 3 months in, i can tell you loud and clear: "𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗮𝗶 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺. 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗."💣 here are 7 brutal lessons i learned after hitting my first $10k in less than 2 months of selling ai automations: 𝟭. 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗮𝗶 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻... 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. (yeah, alex hormozi said it, and he wasn't kidding.) 𝟮. 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 : for chatbots, voice ai, content bots, anything that saves time + brings leads. period. no debate. 𝟯. 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀. move to voice ai, workflow automations : that's the future if you wanna stay relevant. 𝟰. 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻. if you can't pick up the phone and pitch your stuff, stop everything and fix this first. no hiding. 𝟱. 𝗻𝟴𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. make.com is faster, easier and can get you your first $10k without losing your hair. scale later, complicate later. 𝟲. 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗽𝗶 — 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹. but if you're budget sensitive, retell is cheaper, works like a charm. (trust me.) 𝟳. 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. build it. cold call and give it away free. get real feedback.

@Ruth O cold calls and networking events helped me big Time
"1m USD worth leads on the second day from cold calling"
A picture is worth thousands words. So here it is. Turned on the AI cold calling system for one of my real estate client yesterday. Just 110 calls, 2 active sellers interested to talk to the agent. Each deal is minimum worth 500K USD if it gets closed but that is beyond the scope of AI system so can't comment. All this while Real Estate agent was busy dealing with his clients. Cherry on the cake, the second lead was in hospital while talking and AI wished her speedy recovery with the open ended prompts I built, *** Partial Transcript from Retell AI*** (Can't share the audio for privacy reasons and just changed the names only) User: About a month's time. I'm in hospital at the moment. 1:03 Agent: I’m sorry to hear that you’re in hospital, Sophi. Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery. We can definitely arrange for John to call you in about a month’s time. Is there a particular day or time that works best for you then? 1:07 User: Not really. Anytime should do. 1:22 Agent: Thank you for your time, Sophi. We'll have John reach out to you in about a month's time to discuss your property appraisal. Wishing you all the best with your recovery. ****************** It is not the smartest or most complex automation out there. Does not even have any calendar booking but adding hell lot of value. So don't chase those 50+ module N8N and make.com screenshots. Build simple yet powerful automation with 20% energy and spend rest of the 80% energy to find clients, try in real world and eventually sell. "1m USD worth leads on the second day from cold calling"

My respect for youtubers just went 10x....
I thought making a youtube video would be simple. I was so wrong. after learning how to express my thoughts on LinkedIn…I thought, cool, let’s try YouTube now. should be easy, right? sit. record. upload. done. But no one tells you about the war behind that thumbnail 😅 here’s what I had to figure out… in one week: 1. how to use OBS to record screen and camera together 2. lighting setup so ppl don’t squint looking at me 3. mic that doesn’t pick my lip sounds or my son singing APT 4. scriptwriting... coz rambling doesn’t work on camera 5. editing in capcut so ppl don’t die of boredom mid-demo 6. thumbnail design that makes ppl stop scrolling 7. title that tells exactly why this video matters 8. correct resolution everywhere or YouTube makes it look like 144p 9. upload settings that please the YouTube gods I felt like I was writing, directing, editing, and acting in a Netflix short 😵 and just when i finally uploaded my first ever video... 30 seconds later… boom 💣 “𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.” I froze. what just happened? turns out… I didn’t blur the screen showing fake phone numbers, emails, addresses (all AI-generated btw). YouTube didn’t care if it was fake. Policy is policy. so I took a deep breath, opened capcut again, blurred everything manually and finally re-uploaded. so here it is… my very first YouTube video. (link is in the comment) It’s a live demo of a voice agent I built for real estate agents, a virtual team member that can qualify leads, update CRM and help agents get more listings… without hiring extra staff. "𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝘇𝘇𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲-𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗢𝗜" If you’re curious about how AI is solving real-world problems, give it a watch and drop a comment with your thoughts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSIHh0vqaWM
