Don’t Be the Downfall 🥺
We are called to strengthen the people around us, not weaken them. It’s easy to focus on what others are doing wrong, but Scripture turns that question back on us.
Are we helping people grow… or contributing to their struggles?
A real friend builds, encourages, and sharpens.
“Faithful are the wounds of a friend…” (Proverbs 27:6)
That means truth matters. But truth should always be given with the intention to build, not tear down. We should never be the reason someone feels weaker in their walk with God.
Today, consider this:
Am I making the people around me stronger in their faith?
If you’re reading along with us, this is from Chapter 5 of Relationship Goals in the ITC classroom.
