Is it just me, or do our thoughts sometimes wrap themselves a little too tightly around us?
You know those moments…when everything feels a bit too much,when you can’t quite see a way through,when your mind keeps circling the same worries. 🧐
It can feel like you’re stuck there.
But I’ve been thinking…
What if we’re not as trapped as it feels?What if things are just a little foggy right now?
Because sometimes the path isn’t gone it’s just harder to see when our thoughts are loud.
And maybe the next step doesn’t have to be big or brave or life-changing…
Maybe it’s just this…
loosening one small thread.
A gentler thought.
A softer approach.
A tiny step forward,
even if you’re not completely sure where it leads.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.You don’t need the whole picture. Just a smidgen of movement is enough. 🥰
