Journaling helps release what feels heavy and creates space for clarity, peace, and self-understanding. 💛 Remember: Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. I'm over today....
Just being real and raw.. taking a deep breath and releasing slowly. Inside this space you can be your authentic self. you don't have to be perfect you don't even have to get it "Right" you might have a word..... a sentence or a paragraph. This very moment I feel defeated! Here is why - Today was :Journaling Circle" a time to come together to journal. I did - I showed up. I felt great, everything landed the way I intended it too. I hit end - Then realize I never recorded the zoom so that I can share the link for replay. Okay, me looking for the positive here... Maybe, the right person was not ready to hear what I had to say. Maybe this is meant for me to accept what I tell everyone "you don't need to be perfect" just do the thing and be your authentic self. I am trusting what ever was meant for me to do this a second time is a blessing that I need. I reset my mind and trust the process. I come into the community - I have my notes, feeling better, I go live, share what happened and move along though my notes and journaling. Several moments after clicking "End" I noticed the video is no where to be found. As I write this message, I still have not received a notification it is ready. The last couple hours is meant to teach me something even when I don't understand. Is it patience, to trust the process, to wait.... or perhaps the message is meant to be delayed to speak to the right person. What ever the reason I'm tested today just know I am human, I am not perfect, I am an open book and I will always show up to share my experiences. Journaling isn't about writing perfectly It's not about grammar It's not about being deep or poetic It is simply a place to - process what you're thinking, understand what you're feeling and create space in your mind.

I am strong, worthy, and capable of creating a life filled with peace, purpose, and joy. I trust my journey and honor the woman I am becoming. Take a deep breath today.Stand a little taller.And remember how far you have already come. You are becoming the woman you were always meant to be 💜
