One gentle practice that can shift your mindset over time is creating your own affirmation list.
Write down 5–10 things you want to start believing about yourself — even if they don’t fully feel true yet.
Examples:
✨ I am allowed to rest
✨ My feelings matter
✨ I am growing through this season
✨ I deserve peace and healthy relationships
✨ I am stronger than I give myself credit for
Keep your list somewhere visible and read it often. The thoughts you repeat become part of the story you believe about yourself.
