It's just a hectic day Breakfast: 1 cup of chai without sugar (6:35am) Lunch: 1 brown bread sandwich made of chicken and egg without any sauce (4:30pm) Dinner : 4 to 5 tablespoon sohn halwa without ghee made in gurr with half cup of chai without sugar(7:30pm). I had my water before breakfast and before lunch also . Have a walk for approximately 1 hour or maybe above .
