So here’s my question for you: Have you done ONE thing today to slow your avatar down and shift your body into a safe, peaceful frequency? It could’ve been: • watching the rain • breathing slower • taking a peaceful walk • sitting in silence • stretching • grounding your feet • pausing before reacting • choosing calm speed over urgency Anything that made your body feel like you’re safe. Did the receiver field breath work again today with open palms and I could feel my heart beating today. Every week I have a mantra or theme and this week I had two: 1. my cough and cold is gone. And 2. People love paying me money. Received a money order in the mail today and was finally able to sleep through the night. My cough is already sounding better and quieter this week. I’ve been manifesting A LOT lately but my weekly mantras always happen now. Come on receiving faster!!! Keep meditating family 💗
